Great and reasonable boarding. The shop owner provided us with our dog pictures and video on daily basis. They even understanding and accept our dog on last minute due to emergency

We(bf&I) are really grateful to Jo and her staff for their hospitality and service towards us and special one to our handsome boy ,Almas. We put our dog 🐶 for a month during his relocation process from MY-DE. Jo really helping us a lot with the relocation preparation and put extra care and attention to the details. From the veterinary stuff, transportation,dealing with agents,guidance and recommendation.Our kid received all the necessary care and even more. we were very happy and comfortable with their care towards our boy,and Jo is so caring that even accompanied our dog to the airport. We are so happy that Chester has taken to you and your helpers at your boarding house. He ate his meal and was taken for his walkies( his favourite) as well. He came back a happy dog. This is my first time to let my dog boarding at this pet house, she is a responsible person who's taking my dog very well and she showered my dog before we are taking her back. Reasonable boarding rate.
I was very happy with the boarding at Eau Pets House. I left my cat there for 9 days .. They were very quick to update on status and sent photos of Simba when I wanted to check on him. Thank You for taking good care of him.
I had an urgent matter to resolve and need to go out station for a while. I called a lot of boarding house for cat but somehow they have strict regulations and do not accept kitten under 2 months old. Luckily I found Eau Pet House, firstly the lady said it's unadvisable to send kitten that has not been vaccinated however she managed to provide a designated space for my kitten also separate her from other cats and advise me about the risk so I will understand later. When I arrived the lady greet me and my kitten warmly, she is very lovely, kind and helpful. She answered all of my questions and handle my cat delicately. My kitten looks very healthy and happy when I collect her. Thank you so much for taking good care of my kitten. The boarding house is very reasonable as well! The area is spacious and gives a serenity vibe. Hope the owner lady will be blessed with health and happiness. 🥰❤️🌹
My husky spent 5 days at this place. Overall I am quite satisfied with the service. They sent me pics and update me on and off about my baby. She seems happy when I picked her up. Surely will send her again next time I go outstation. Thank you for taking care of my baby girl😍
